A couple of weeks ago we showed you a scanned image from a Japanese magazine’s front cover featuring two pictures of the upcoming Mazda RX-8 facelift, however due to miniscule size of the pic, we couldn’t make out much. That’s not the case with this scanned image as it fully reveals the revised RX-8 that will make its debut at the Detroit Show in less than a fortnight. The model featured in this Japanese mag is the “Type-RS”, meaning that there will be differences between the stock version that we’ll see in Detroit, so don’t expect any Recaro bucket seats for example. Overall, the facelift consists of a revised front end (new bumper, grille and lights), redesigned rear bumper and tail-lights.
